These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed via thewonderbible.com between Ali Talip Cinar (the “Provider”) and the customer.
The subject of the contract is the sale of digital content, specifically the e-book “The Wonder Bible” as a PDF file for download or delivery by email.
The presentation of products does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting the order and completing payment, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation or provision of the download.
The prices stated at the time of the order apply. Payment is processed via Stripe. Pursuant to § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation), no VAT is charged or stated.
Access to the download or delivery of the file takes place immediately after receipt of payment, to the email address provided by the customer.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the separate Refund Policy. For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire early (see Refund Policy).
The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the e-book for private purposes. Sharing, reproduction, or publication to third parties is not permitted.
The content of the e-book is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice. Liability for damages arising from applying the methods described is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
